X-rated website responds to federal lawsuit filed against Polk County Sheriff
Cyberstalkers jump to defend local authorities that violated journalists' Constitutional rights
July 18, 2014
by Timothy Charles Holmseth
The pornographic attack site called radionewz.net has responded to the filing of a federal lawsuit by Timothy Charles Holmseth against local government officials - including Sheriff Barb Erdman, EGFPD Chief Michael Hedlund, and EGF City Attorney Ronald Galstad. . The fact pattern shows a connection between the website and several of the Defendants. When Holmseth discreetly filed a complaint to the Minnesota Lawyer Board against EGF City Attorney Ronald Galstad, and Minnesota public defender Michael Lacoursiere, only the lawyer board and FBI had the information. However, a short time later – the website radionew.net began publishing information regarding Holmseth’s complaint, which was only known to Galstad and LaCoursiere.
30. Beginning in 2009, Plaintiff became the perpetual victim of false police reports, false CPS reports, harassing phone calls, blackmail, extortion, cyber-stalking, slander, defamation, and assault. Evidence, documents, affidavits, police records, and court records show the non-stop attack on Plaintiff stemmed from his journalism on the HaLeigh Cummings and Caylee Anthony cases. Evidence shows the harassment invariably flowed from REDACTED REDACTED, Art Harris, William Staubs, Rhonda Callahan, and agents operating on their behalf. Records show Plaintiff repeatedly asked for help from the EGFPD but was ignored. Evidence shows REDACTED REDACTED was still harassing Plaintiff in 2013. -Lawsuit / United States District Court / Minnesota READ redacted COMPLAINT
